What do you guys think about Façade Lighting Trends in Dubai?

These days  we can see more than just traditional lighting when we look at the building at night. 
Recently façade lighting in Dubai / Media façade in Dubai has become a trend. Before it was like, just ordinary traditional lighting. But day by day with new technology Building is getting a new look with façade Lighting in Dubai. 
Like Nowadays if you look at most of the Hotel, you will discover an attractive façade lighting and it helps to be more popular building at night. Like after I come to Dubai I can remember about Fairmont Hotel on Sheikh Zayed road, Crown Plaza in the Festival city very well just because of the Exclusive Façade lighting. In the Sheikh Zayed road there were so many hotels. But why I can remember only Fairmont hotel? Yeah, because when drive through the Sheikh Zayed road you can see the Amusing façade lighting. It’s made the nice outlook at night.

But in recent times, most of the Hotel on Sheikh Zayed road, having façade lighting. Not entirely is the Hotel even residential building in Dubai, interested to have Façade Lighting to give a dazzling display than other surrounding Buildings. 
Just imagine about Burj Khalifa, before at night it was just like an ordinary traditional lighting and not much exciting to look at it. But now it’s lovely with the new Media façade. You will be astonished with the new plan, every time you look at the Burj Khalifa at night. Right away it's like a Façade show, hence many people just wait to catch it.

Most architects and Lighting designers are now concern to have Façade Lighting in Dubai.  So Many Lighting Consultant is involving making Façade lighting in Dubai/ Media façade design of the Building. Even Most of the Client pre require to receive a wonderful façade lighting. It was not same even 4 years backward. When I used to visit a client I need to explain client about façade illumination, why they need façade illumination. But now time has changed, today we are getting so many inquiries about façade lighting. Sometimes it’s from the Contractor, sometimes from Developer, Client representative even the Existing Building Management send us inquiry for Façade Lighting. 

At present is not only some high-rise building, look at the villa, showroom, corporate head office, Govt. Building, mosque even the Hospital is giving a new face to their structure with façade lighting. 
Professional Façade lighting contributes a lot in adding glamour and beauty to various structures.  Façade lighting not only just light up the building it also affords an exceptional look to the Building. It serves to make a message to people about the Structure. 

Earlier people worried about the electrical power of the brightness, but now with the help of LED technology it’s easier to have façade lighting. LED technology helping us to bring down the price of Electricity with the vantage of being easy to set up and ready for immediate use, LED luminaries have become a must see for every lighting designer.

The trends of Façade Lighting  in Dubai / Media façade in Dubai are ever-changing.
